Cancellation Policy

To ensure personalized service and adequate fitting time, all consultations and alteration services require a scheduled appointment. Walk-ins may not be accommodated. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. Late cancellations and missed appointments may affect future booking availability. Alteration costs vary depending on the garment type, fabric, and complexity of the work required. A detailed quote will be provided during your consultation before any work begins. Clients will be notified once their alterations are complete and ready for pickup. We kindly ask that completed garments be collected within 30 days of notification. JJ Alteration is not responsible for garments left unclaimed for more than 30 days after completion notification. Garments not picked up within 30 days may be subject to storage limitations, and JJ Alteration reserves the right to donate, dispose of, or otherwise remove unclaimed items after reasonable attempts to contact the owner. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns regarding your alteration, please contact us within 7 days of pickup so we can review and address the issue.
